Looking for someone who has specific programming experience with WordPress who's able to chip in 10 or so hours of their time to help us configure our new news story pages/template. We've been having compatibility issues, and have been trying to get the page to load in static html using WP-SuperCache, but without much success.

JCPenney Cuts Store Openings … Again

For the second time in less than three months JCPenney is announcing that its scaling back its store openings. In April, it first divulged plans to cut its openings in 2008 from 50 down to 36. Now it’s cutting targets from 2009. It will only open 20 new stores. The Plano, Texas-based company now plans 20 new or relocated stores in 2009, down from the 36 stores it expects to open or move this year. In 2012 the Mexican state might actually come to be ruled by a caudillo-style leader. Would that be possible? A Fidel Castro of Mexico? A Juan Peron of the Rio Grande? A Hugo Chavez of Baja California? In order for the USA to have any influence on that occurence, "Mexicans have to perceive that the U.S. really cares."
